Eddyse Kessler
Public Insurance Adjuster

Eddyse Kessler has been a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster since 2009.  Her transition into insurance claim advocacy was a natural extension of her experience in real estate development, project management and construction oversight.  Her background in construction gives her the knowledge to evaluate construction progress, cost oversight, project budgeting, and sub-contracting.  Understanding all aspects of the construction industry, both residential and commercial, makes her a superior and aggressive insurance claim advocate for her clients.

Eddyse is an expert in all types of claims.  She fully documents the damage, assesses what will be required in all aspects of the remediation and repair of the property, negotiates with the insurance company, and obtains the maximum settlement allowed under the policy.  Eddyse is an aggressive negotiator who substantiates her estimates of damage by methodically detailing and outlining the costs of all construction items as well as items outside of the actual construction such as appliances, fixtures, phone and alarm systems, contents, and landscaping.  Every claim is different and each one requires the ability to strategize, research, diagnose, and negotiate.  Eddyse brings  sensitivity and understanding of her client’s needs that results in the relentless pursuit of the best possible settlement from the insurance carrier.  She prides herself on providing excellent customer service, the ability to listen to customer feedback,  and the expertise her clients need and deserve.
